Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of the Nyland Cohousing Sunday Meals RSVP system ("the App"), operated by Nyland Cohousing Community, Lafayette, Colorado. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

The App is provided for the exclusive use of Nyland Cohousing residents and their guests to manage Sunday meal RSVPs. Use of the App for any other purpose is not permitted.

SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Nyland Cohousing related to Sunday meal reminders and RSVP confirmations. Message frequency is approximately 1–2 messages per week during active seasons. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. To opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP or contact SundayMealLogistics@nyland.cohousing.site.

Accuracy of Information

RSVP information submitted through the App is used to help coordinate meal planning. We ask that you keep your attendance status up to date. If you need to cancel within one week of a meal, please also notify the cooks directly.

No Warranty

The App is provided as-is for community use. Nyland Cohousing makes no guarantee of uptime or uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed reminders or RSVP errors resulting from technical issues.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
